I learned how scary it was to ship a vehicle but fortunately Angel's came through and took care of me.

My neighbor recommended Silva Auto Shipping since he's done a lot of business with them. NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE SILVA!!! Although I booked month's in advanced and paid in full online, I still had a hard time getting through on their phone or getting them to return my calls or emails. As my move date got closer I would inquire and they would respond (in a day or so) that "someone" would contact me as the move date got closer. Then they said that the driver would contact me the day before the move, he never did. The day of the move came and guess what? NO DRIVER. I spent about an hour hitting redial until someone finally answered the phone. Then they informed me that a carrier had not yet been assigned to me and that it could be weeks before one was. Did I mention that I already paid in full??? Being completely disgusted, I demanded a refund. The eventually did but still stuck me for $80. Another thing, Silva was well aware that we were FLYING out that day. If I didn't have family staying in Florida I would have been totally screwed being that somebody HAS to be there when the vehicle is loaded.

Now I was very scared to try another broker. The reviews for Angel's convinced me they would be my best bet. I called and they were prompt to get me a quote and a quick pick up date. They called me back as soon as they got a carrier for me. They even got the driver scheduled for two days after we moved. Six days later the vehicle was delivered.

Katma Express was the carrier and they did a great job. Katma's office contact, Anita, ALWAYS answered the phone and had some kind of status for me.

Overall the experience was great and they totally saved the day. The only thing I would have liked is if they called me every other day or so to updated me on the progress. I had to do most of the calling but being that they always answered, I have no complaints.
