I am in the Navy, and we have used a number of auto carriers. This is the second time we used a broker. The first experience was really bad, so I was a little apprehensive. However, the customer service was really good and responsive. During the whole process, we received texts on the status of pick up and drop off. There was always someone to answer the call, and customer support was outstanding. I did list the pick up was late, but that was due to the bad weather that affected much of the country. It delayed not only the auto carrier, but also our household goods, so the delay was understandable. Even with the delay, the vehicle was delivered promptly. Our mini van did arrive very dirty due to the road conditions and riding on top of an open carrier, but everything was fine, and there was no damage noticed. Overall, this has been a really positive experience, and I would use Angels again.
