I had to transport my car at the last minute due to a sudden military move. I phoned on a saturday and Dina got everything set up for me. The driver arrived Tuesday night and had it to Ohio before my husband and I had even gotten there. There were a few tiny scratches that we noticed and brought to Dina's attention. Since my husband was able to buff them out with some elbow grease we told Dina not to worry about a claim. She was so apologetic and helpful. I simply wish every person I ever dealt with was as wonderful as she is. Everything went smoothly and we will use them again in the future if we ever need to ship again.
