I'm very pleased with the service I received. I was quoted 3 to 5 days for pick up. The transport company came in the morning of the 4th day. I was quoted 7 to 10 days in transit excluding Sunday. Delivered in 8 days which included a Sunday and Labor Day. Being a "Type A" personality, I called to check on the scheduling, etc. during the allotted time frames. Someone, usually Miranda or Dina responded promptly with the answers to my questions.
The transport fellows called on the day of pickup and the day of delivery. Since we were aware of the time frame quoted, I or my MA contact had stayed closed to home so all was good.
