My negative review results from two issues with Angels:
1) Although the company communicated well, they were late for both pickup and delivery. I like the fact that they would call or email me to update me, but they were wrong on the dates and times again, and again, and again. This may be an issue with the truckers, but I still hold Angels responsible for managing this.
In addition, the trucker who handles the delivery got lost, got confused about my address, and then called me a liar for giving him false information. This is because he got lost, not because of the address.
2) When my car was delivered, there was damage. The cover over the gas tank was RIPPED off. I have no idea how or why, but it definitely happened during transit. Because I was out of town, my friend signed for the car and didn't check; that's our fault. But Angels made NO effort to help out, to resolve the issue, or to reprimand the trucker. They basically said they wouldn't do anything.
Overall, a bad experience. Maybe there are worse companies out there, but I was UNIMPRESSED with Angels.
