I felt the company worked hard to make sure my car was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. While the pick up was late, Deena worked with the truck company to make sure things moved smoothly. She explained the delay which was something they can not control but did all she could to make sure I was satisfied. The office staff was very helpful and I felt like they responded quickly to my concerns and did a great job keeping me informed with the pickup and delivery of my car. I plan to have another car shipped from CA to VA in August and plan to use them again.
