Called this company on a Friday with a window of about ten days for pick up. Customer service was excellent. I had a phone call back from them within 10 minutes of confirming that I would be using them to tell me that a driver had contacted them, and the car would be picked up on Monday. They called me yesterday to update me on the arrival of the car, and followed up again today when the driver was late. Numerous text messages were sent to check that the car was received in good order. I highly recommend this company and would most definitely use them again - without hesitation!
