The worst, they said they would get it to me in ten days max. Six weeks later delivered, only after it was half way across the country they said they needed another $300.00 to deliver. I said I had a signed contract for the agreed price and they said to go and sue them. They were very rude and even hung up on me several times. When the my show van was delivered the driver took it off the truck, with his young son watching, and parked the van 30 feet behind his truck. The driver came into the office was paid and started his paper work. During this time he was calling his son a retard. as the driver and his son left the office he kicked his son in the backside and knocked him to the ground. The driver went back to his truck. In the truck it looked like the driver was doing more paper work for a few min. The driver for some reason we still don't know why backed his truck up into the front end of my show van causing over $3500.00 damage, and then tried to leave. The crew at the shop ran out and chased him down the street. The driver stoped and the police were called. The police did not issue a ticket to the driver because the van was not registard. The driver has insurance trough his trucking firm, which means they never pay out, unless you want to take them to court. Angels said they were the number two shipping comp. in the country. I can only guess what they mean when they say they are #2. If you use Angels you roll the dice on what you get. I had a show van that I will not be able to use this season, and they can't even own up to the wrongs or pay for the damage they have done.
