First transport for me: 100's of emails and quotes from 100's of company's (about ready to rip my hair out) So many high pressure sales pitches, recorded messages, texts, it was nuts! I chose Angels after speaking with Sammy on the phone. He made me feel very comfortable, he was knowledgeable about transporting vehicles on Western Routes in Winter and the difficulties we could face, he was honest with me about the size and weight of my Diesel Pickup and why all those low-ball quotes I got were unreasonable. From the moment I decided to go with them Linda kept in contact with me about the status. Truck was picked up on a Thursday night and delivered Saturday Morning. The whole process from first conversation took less than 2 weeks! I am very impressed!! After all the scary brokers I spoke with I was frightened of the whole process but this bunch made it so smooooooth! The price was reasonable given the route and winter weather, the weight of my truck and the quick delivery. Carrier was assigned Thursday Morning and I had the truck 2 days later!!When I met the driver at a local truck stop he had the truck off the trailer and waiting for me. Thanks so much Angels, for a woman who knew nothing about this process, I now feel I could explain to others what to expect and I will certainly tell them who to call! You truly are Angels!!!
