I originally thought I was negotiating with a quality company but time told me differently. Paid a $175.00 deposit to have my vehicle shipped from San Diego to Maryland. I was given a 3-5 day window. After the order was processed, I was then told it would be a 7-10 day window. Being active duty military executing a move, I didn’t have time to sit around for 10 days waiting for Angels to pick up my vehicle after originally being told a max of 3 days so I canceled 3 weeks prior to pick up and was told I would be credited my $175.00. I called 2 weeks later after canceling with regard to my deposit which had yet to be credited and they replied I can’t cancel because my car was already en route to Maryland even though I was looking at the car in my garage in So Cal. They then said “We’ll be by to pick it up on the following day”. I repeated to them that I had canceled 2 weeks ago and I would like status of my deposit. I was told they would take care of it that day. A week had passed and as I was driving east, I received a call from Angels telling me they would be picking up the car in 2 days. I replied to them I had canceled 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my deposit. Long pause on the phone, placed on hold and then told the deposit would be credited that day. It’s been 5 weeks since I canceled my transport and I have yet to see a dime. This company is administratively dysfunctional and I would NOT USE for any reason or recommend to others.
