I do not like that the shipping company changes the rates quoted. They could not find me a driver for 3 weeks then changed the rate by 100.00 and the car was loaded one hour later. The dispatcher called me and left a voice mail that she was raising the travel price without getting my approval by 100.00 and then only 1 hour later the dealer called and said a driver was already loading the truck.

These companies are all the same. They quote a low price to get the job and then change the deal half way through.

My advice is to use a company that owns trucks and employs drivers , rather than a broker who just posted your requirements on a bulletin board.
