Everything went according to plan with Angels. However, the carrier they used, which I believe was CAA, was late for both the pick-up and drop-off time windows. Although they were several hours late, the drivers could have provided updates about the tardiness. The time I heard from the drivers were 1 hour before pick-up or drop-off. Overall, Angels was responsive when they needed to be so thumbs up.
