The poeple at Angel worked with us through each step. The main problem was with the haulers. To many people saying different things to the customer. My suggestion would be if you are shipping a vehicle and your not the one to load or recieve it, then make sure that you are the only contact person. Don't have the person deliverying or picking it up in the loop. It cause to much confussion. This way you make the desions and you know what is going on. Once everything is set, then let the other person know. This caused a lot of headaches that could have been avoided if I was the only contaact person. The other problem was with the hauler. Their office was saying one thing and the driver was telling us something different. Other then that, I owuld us Angel again now that I have a better understanding of how the system works.
