The car was picked up a bit late, but only because of a 5 vehicle accident on I95. Driver/Co.was in contact with me the entire time. The drivers were very knowledgeable about their business and careful to record every ding and scratch (it was my daughter's well-worn Honda Civic.) The only complaint was the amount of time it took to off load the car in TX. My daughter said her car was stuck behind a vehicle that wouldn't start and it delayed her receipt by more than and hour. She met them on her lunch break, so that was a bit of a hassle. Otherwise the experience was very good all around.
