I started with a different company. My vehicle stayed at the pick-up spot for two months. A friend reccommended 'Angels.' From the first conversation the customer service was above and beyond that of the original company, or any other companies that I researched. The previous company kept telling me that moving a vehicle from the pick-up city (Norfolk, VA) was extremely difficult and that is why it was taking so long for them to find a carrier. Once I switched to 'Angels,' they had a carrier and the car was shipped within a week. Throughout the move they kept me informed of the arrival date of my vehicle. If I have to move again in the near future, 'Angels' will be the only company that I will use to ship my vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and hassle of a different company and use "Angels."
