I purchased a car online and had to move it from Southern to Northern California. Angels found me a carrier almost immediately. Unfortunately, the seller of my car was less than helpful. He refused to release the car because it wasn't "ready". We missed the truck, and Karen at Angels had the less than enviable job of telling me. Karen calmed me down and worked with me and the seller to come up with a date when the car could be picked up. She had feared that the car was possibly not paid for and that was why it wasn't released. After she knew the full story, she found a new driver (Raoul at Navarro Trucking) and made sure he knew what was going on. When Raoul called the seller he was told the same story about the car not being ready. Somehow Raoul, bless his heart, convinced the seller that the car had better be ready by three. It was. The car finally arrived, in beautiful condition. Thank you, Karen, Raoul and Dina!
