A SANDWICH LEFT IN MY CAR!!!

When I first called Angels Moving Auto they were very nice and professional. The 7 day open window was a little hard due to the fact that I would be possibly carless for my last week of work. My first driver name Kim was very nice. Although he stated he would be at my location at 12 but end up being at my location 4 hours later. One thing I did not like is that he barely knew english which was very hard to try to communicate with him. Especially with something this important. A few days has gone by no phone call from either Tim nor Angels Moving Auto. Which was a little stressful. After 6 days from pick up another man had called me stating that he would be able to drop off my car either that night or the next morning. I was thrilled because it has only been 6 days from pick up. Considering that they gave me a 7-10 days delivery time.

The second man that picked up my car from Kim was not so professional. I called him again that night to confirm if tonight was the night. He stated he was still in Carson's shipping and did not leave yet. He states he will be here the next day in the afternoon. I called him that morning at 10am to make sure everything was alright. He then stated that his brakes on his truck were bad and that he needed the vrakes to be changed. He was in Fresno, Ca at the time. States he will be at my location within a couple hours. I waited and waited... 6 o'clock came around finally had a phone call from him stating he is at my location.

Picked up my car. gave him the money. He stated the money was incorrect, I told him to re-count. It turned out to be correct like I told him. Drove my car home and the car smelled like BURNT RUBBER!!! I was furious!!! It still smells like it today. Not as bad but I can still smell it. I called him right away and he stated its because his brakes burned out and smoke was everyone therefore it smelled my car as well. I was like okay.. I guess that okay. And then I looked in the back seat and there was a sandsich in my back seat!!! also his dirty footprint was on my carpet as well!!!

So... my review for Angels Moving Auto? Customer service? Great. It was early so I have to give him some credit. But I am just furious on the burnt rubber smell on my new car! and the sandwich! and the delivery guys!!! But thanks Angels Auto, I would use you guys again only if I do not receive the same guys.

Oh, one more thing.... the quote they gave me was incorrect, they charged me an additional $50 bucks......

Vanna, we are so sorry for the sandwich and burned rubber smell. The carrier that hauled this vehicle has shipped with us for 5 years, and we had no incidents prior to this with other customers. We pride ourselves on the carriers we select, and listen to all of our customers concerns regarding carriers. We are pleased you were happy with us, and sorry about your problems with the carrier.
