With a tight schedule, I tried getting my 2 cars moved with another company for approximately 1.5 weeks but was greeted with difficulty getting phone calls answered and general ineptitude. Within 1 business day of speaking with Angels Moving Autos (Meaghan) she had called all of her contacts and found a carrier for not 1 but 2 of my vehicles-both of which were to be moved within 3 days of my initial discussion with Angels. Not ony were the cars transported on time, but the customer service was impeccable-by any business standard. There was never a hint of rudeness, everyone I spoke to was considerate, respectful and extremely patient, particularly noteworthy as there was a tremendous sense of urgency concerning my particular move. Meaghan herself was phenomenal, she kept in constant contact with me and always checked up on the status of my move even without any goading by me. Truly a gem of a company. While it's quite disconcerting placing one's autos in the hands of someone you have never met before and trusting them to transport them thousands of miles across the country, Angels has great relationships with their carriers is probably the surest and most reliable carrier out there. A simple phone call to them (again, outstanding customer service) will convince you of this. Will never ship with any one else again.
