It's not always about the transport company but the transporter.

The ladies at Angels were nice and tried to be helpful but in the transport business it's who picks up the car not always who books it. In my case it was a gentlemen who hardly spoke English. I paid for the car to be brought down to the pickup point to make it easy. After being notified by the driver twice and once by Angels for the delivery date, that came and went. The transporters dispatch Olga called and started making excuses about how the truck had special brakes and needed to be taken care of only in Philadelphia (they must think we are idiots).
In the end the car arrived in the same condition it had left Idaho in except that I had to pay for a flatbed to help remove it as he front loaded it and thought it would be easier. I guess it didn;t matter that i was the one paying for the flatbed on both ends. The ladies here at Angels tried to keep in contact with me and kept me appraised of the situations. I feel their communication is better than other transporters but in the end you are at the mercy of the guy who picks up the car from the national listing board. I was told they had not used this driver before and would be interested to see if he has been removed from their carrier list.
