These are the things that impressed me:
* I never felt rushed by the representative and every question was answered.
* I was kept up to date during the entire process.
* There was always a smile on the other end of the line.
* They actually checked with me before allowing the transport driver to drive the vehicle down a road to load the car since he was unable to get his rig into the area.
