I think Dina and the people working at AMA are very communicative and responsive -- unfortunately, they are at the mercy of the drivers and / or people on the pick up end of delivery for making timely deliveries. When I did finally receive my vehicle, the fellow that delivered it was friendly and competent. The biggest barrier to having a great experience here is that it took almost a month to get my vehicle.
