As a first time car buyer through the internet there were alot of things I was skeptical of and one was, "How am I going to get my vehicle from Florida to Maryland?" The dealership in Florida stated that they would work with a very reputable and reasonable transport company and that I would be very satisfied. The dealership contacted me the day they received payment for the 2005 Acura TL I purchased and provided me with the name of the tranpost company and a quote. I called Angel's trucking and was greeted with a very pleasant speaking individual who confirmed the quote for delivery and proceeded to explain what would happen from this point on and provided me with timeframes for delivery. I was expecting it to take 10 - 14 days and was extremely surprised when I was called the next day, December 7th and told the car had been picked up and should be delivered in 3 - 5 days. On December 9th I received a call from Angel's explaining that the driver would be delivering the car December 10th and he would be contacting me soon. The driver called me later that evening explaining that he expected to arrive at my house December 10th around 4:00PM. The next day, December 10th the driver called me twice to give me a status as to his expected time of delivery. The car arrived at 10:00PM that evening which was fine with me. The driver experienced heavy rush hour traffic and difficult weather conditions coming up I-95 through the Washington, D.C. area.

If I purchase another vehicle that needs to be shipped in the future I will be contacting Angel's first. I can not say enough of how professional and customer service oriented they are. My hat is off to you and your company and you have one very happy and satisfied customer.
