I had daily notices regarding ETA from Megan at the office. Though the pickup was a couple of hours later than expected, I was in contact with driver who assured me that he would pick up the car by day's end. On arrival in NY, the driver knew that he might arrive before me. What a great feeling to see the carrier, driver and my car waiting for me to arrive. The entire experience was as promised, and then some. Thank you for all.
