Broker was great, Carrier not so much

Karen at Angels Moving Autos was terrific. She scheduled the transport within 24 hours of my contacting them. She called me at numerous times to advise when the car left its origin, where is was in transport, of delays in the transport and lastly to confirm the delivery went smoothly. She was always pleasant and professional.

My only issue was with the transporter company (Craig Halderman Auto Trans). They only gave about a one hour notice to pick up the car. They picked the car up on a Wednesday and said delivery would be Friday or at the latest Saturday. Then on Friday, they said the delivery would not be until Monday. On Monday, they advised the delivery would be on Tuesday. Angels Moving has no control over these carriers but did their best to keep me advised of the whereabouts of my car. Fortunately, it was not imperative that I receive the car on an exact date but anyone who is concerned about that should be aware that delivery times can vary quite a bit.
