I'm a very old guy and I've dealt with a zillion service people in a zillion different settings. I was immediately struck by the high quality personal characteristics of the truckman who picked up the car. I had confidence that he would do a very good job on this assignment. After she had received the car, my family member at the California end of this transaction confirmed my high estimate and confidence that I had sent her by e-mail as soon as I turned the car over to the truck driver. She is even tougher-minded than I am in sizing up people. It's my understanding that this transaction (which I did not pay for out of my own pocket) was very highly satisfactory to all concerned. If I had to move another car, I would undoubtedly chose the same broker and hope that I got the same truck driver.
