Delivered ok but poor communication

We moved two autos to NC for college. This required that the cars not arrive before we flew out there. We were more flexible on the pick up side. The cars arrived in the window and in fine shape but we were just a bit surprised at how dirty they were for enclosed transport.
The biggest problem we had was in communication. We did not have any warning on the pick up even though we were told we would have a few hours notice and it was two days earlier than were told to plan on. We also had a lot of trouble with Angels dispatcher. He seemed misinformed yet really agitated us by acting like we didn't know what was going on. He first said the car would be later and then said it was already there several days before we would be there. Needless to say we got concerned. He was a bit of a 'know it all' who didn't seem concerned about the changes versus what we had worked out. We ended up just working with the driver to avoid anymore confusion and stress and it worked out fine. The rest of the people at Angels were pleasant to deal with while we were arranging the move. I feel we paid a fair price for the service and may use them again if they provide a different dispatcher.
