In October 2010, my son was stationed at Fort Lewis in Tacoma, WA. We planned to drive his 4x4 truck from Houston back to Tacoma when he came home for Christmas. It is approximately 2400 miles and 36 hours of driving no matter which way you want to go. Because of the bad weather across the US, we decided at the last minute to fly him back and ship his truck to him. I did alot of searching the internet and reading reviews. Overwhelmed, I posted a request a quote and got hits and phone calls within 10 minutes. I picked Angels because of their reviews. Some were repeat customers which says a lot. I did have a small problem getting the truck picked up after I was quoted and given a ticket number. It took 2 weeks and a $300 more than my original $1200 quote - BUT - Problem # 1 was the bad weather across the whole USA in January 2011, thus the truck got picked up later than it should have because of the weather. Problem #2 was my son's truck is an oversized big 4x4 and limited us on haulers available. I called Angels after a week and they assured me they were working on a pickup date. About 4 days later, I called again. The customer service lady apologized and told me she'd call around and get back to me. She called me back within an hour, asked for some exact height and length measurements said she'd call me right back and she did. She found a driver who was going to Dallas from Minnesota and said for another $300 he would come south to Rosenberg and pickup the truck in about 4 days. I had already worked out how much it would have cost me in gas, lodging and airflight home to drive his truck to Tacoma and another $300 was okay with me. I met the driver close to my house and went over all the required paperwork with him. I told him I was a little worried about my son being able to pick the truck up in a timely fashion on his end as he was living on an Army base. I didn't want his truck in impounded if he couldn't pick it up. Turned out the man driving the truck lived in Tacoma. He said he would work it out with him and that he was used to working with the Military for shipping in and out of JBML. My son could not meet him at the time the driver would be at the drop off point and true to his word, he worked it out with my son and met him at a later time in the evening. My son was extremely happy with the driver and of course happy to get his truck as no teenager wants to be on foot.

All in all we had a very good experience with Angels. It was not their fault about the weather or that my son owns a small BIGFOOT. The price was good even with the add on and the service was great even with the delay. Yes, I will use Angels again if I ever need to and Yes I would highly recommend them. They were a little higher originally than some of the other quotes I got, but their customer service ladies (and 1 man) was what made me pick them in the first place. And GUESS WHAT - You always get what you pay for and I got great service for my money.
