this carrier was recommended to me by a friend who had recently shipped with the company and was happy. Customer service was very good thru the whole process and price was competitive. The driver did have some difficulty estimating when he would be picking up and ended up arriving to pick up the car 15 min before my drop dead departure time-but he made it and picked up at my house (no meeting in a random parking lot). the Driver also delivered early in the delivery window and to my house (although he had notified Customer service that the car wouldn't be delivered until three days later-pleasant surprise that worked for our schedule). Overall good experience and would ship with Angels again!
