Lorraine was very helpful! She talked me through the entire process and made it all very easy and clear. Even when the truck didn't arrive to pick up my car when it was supposed to and didn't answer their phone, she went out of her way to track them down and let me know their status. The driver was very communicative with me after that which I appreciated.
