Richard was awesome. I had a deadline which was made tighter by first company not following through. Richard called carriers he knew and let me know my trip was difficult because my destination was off the regular I-95 route. He arranged for the driver to meet me at an exit off I-95 and followed up with me to make sure it all worked out. He is a real problem solver and totally trustworthy. The driver was totally in contact with us at all times about pick-up and drop-off.
