It's amazing how these other reviews are very similar to our experience! This company is VERY dishonest. I've never delt with such crooks. They are liars and swindlers! They booked a reservation for me without my authorization and left me to pay $400 MORE than the original quote to the driver! Brian is very unprofessional and does not even have any insurance! He works out of his house. They didn't even have someone pick up our vehicles until 11 days after the estimated date... Please, please, please do not use this company. Competitors tried to warn us about them. We should have listened. ZERO stars from me. It's sad because we actually thought we would be able to trust them. We were SO wrong.

Dear Erica, we are shocked to see this negative review. We shipped your cars 1500 miles for less then .40 cents per mile. You also agreed to the rate and thanked us for a job well done. We even discounted you because we felt bad for your situation. The driver picked up on time and delivered early. What happened? We don't understand. We also will not allow a negative review to be used as black mail to get some money back. Sorry but we feel like we went above and beyond.
