My husband and I are both physicians that don't have time to deal with companies that are unreliable. We previously shipped our vehicles with Montway and had a great deal of issues that cost us our time and more money. We were extremely displeased and even hesitated to use a transport company again to move our vehicles but we simply don't have the time to do it ourselves. We took a chance and filled out a quote and got a list of about 10 or so companies. We looked up reviews and decided to call Andrew Auto Transport based on good feedback. We were surprised to speak to the actual owner of the company (Brian) who talked us through everything and gave us his personal phone number for contact. He instructed us to watch his video which we believed to be very useful and honest about the business.
Last friday we received our Mercedes cls550 in perfect condition (through Montway our Acura got dinged up...was NOT happy) and on time. This was a great relief since we did not want to go through what we did in the past yet again.
I never write reviews but figured this company certainly deserves praise and since we found this company through others' reviews we hope to influence someone else who has gone through the hell that car transporting can sometimes be.
