Lilly is an excellent communicator and kept me up to date on the status of my listing. She proactively modified my listing (changed pickup address for convenience, raised my bid) until a driver took my offer. This took about two weeks and was necessary due to a current shortage of drivers. I was very happy with the driver we got. He also communicated his whereabouts and arrived at the destination within an hour of his ETA. Delivery occurred in just four days despite an estimate of one week.
