Bunch of clowns, never surrender your credit card to them either. Full of stories and excuses, unprofessional business practice. First you get a quotation from them, then they make you wait till the last minute and start asking you for more money! Once your back is against the wall and you have no other choice but to agree. Then nothing happens and you receive another call to make you pay even more....etc. So I canceled their service and drove my car instead and saved over $1000!.
The problem is that these guys are bunch of unprofessional unregulated brokers, so it is better to deal with a transport company directly, you pay a bit more but better than dealing with these clowns.Oh, after that I got my credit card company security alert that someone is spending 1000's of dollars using my credit card so I went and canceled it! I'm glad that I was protected against fraud. They still charged my credit card for their compulsory deposit, so I'm still after them to refund this deposit with no luck so far!
