Based on rather positive reviews, I used this company. What a colossal mistake it turned out to be. I used this company to ship two cars. Both times, they were late and they raised their price by $ 100 and $150. The second time, they raised the price without even contacting me. My contract says $1,000, but had to pay $1,154.90 in order to receive the car.
To rectify these matters, I called the company many times, trying to reach George many times. He would promise to get back to me on multiple occasions after speaking to owners. I must have made over 100 calls to them by now, vast majority of which turned into being put on hold almost indefinitely or being sent to a mailbox that is full that I cannot even leave any message. Email messages also went unanswered.
To me, this seems like a business characterized by incompetence, dishonesty, and lack of regard for its customers. Their initial quote, which is attractive enough, seems to be only the bait to get the business, only to be changed later on. And their actual service, late both times, was simply unacceptable. If I were you, I would run far, far away from these guys. I am still trying to figure out how to best resolve the mess I am in. Best of luck running your business in this manner.

Since writing the above review, George and Nelson contacted me immediately. I was offered a refund of $350 ($150 they charged above the contract price + $200 for taking my review down). I did take down my review and waited for the refund; this was late January. As of today (March 4), the refund never came, despite being told by Nelson that it was sent. When I called the company today, I am told by a guy whose voice & accent sounds very much like George that both George and Nelson had been fired, which I find incredible, and that I cannot get my refund.
I write my review again to warn potential customers, as my experience has been one of a bad soap opera.
