I had contacted another company (Direct Connect) about 5 days earlier for transport from CT to FL. They promised to pickup on 10/30 and did not answer calls for the next two days. Finally on Nov 1, Marc Richards called to inform me that my price was jumping from $950 to $1300. because they could not find a truck. I told him that I was told a truck had been assigned to my car. He said he can't help it if his employees misquote information. I told him I was cancelling my order and going to look elsewhere at which time he got angry and told me that I would never find transport for less as it was the "winter" time and the trucks were booked. I hung up. I then called America Choice Auto Transport (786-206-7788) and spoke with Natalie about the bait and switch I had just received. She asked me to give her some information so that she could look for a truck. I told her I would not release credit card information unless she promised me a truck and driver. She called back in 10 MINUTES and said she had a truck and driver and "would I feel better if I could talk to him". I was blown away by her abilities and customer service. She is such a gem! She patched me in to the driver Belzaire Mikelson who was in the CT area going south past my town shortly and he confirmed where to pick up my car in detail and arrived as promised just 90 minutes later at my car! He called me to let me know he was leaving with the car, kept in touch with me several times over the next day, delivering the car just 48 hours later in Estero, Florida! I met him personally and he could not have been nicer and more careful getting my car off of the top of the truck. I will always use America Choice Auto Transport. They are honest, careful, organized, tops in customer service and speedy in accomplishing your needs. Don't hesitate to call them!!!
