I had a terrible experience with this company recently. Firstly, the car arrive 8 hours late. The driver demanded Cash on Delivery of $700 which we were not told before, and we discovered that the driver is another company and not America's Choice. He said he's take the car back if we didn't pay him cash. I had to run to the ATM at 11pm in the night to get cash (the car was supposed to arrive early evening). This was a new car (Mercedez C280), and the driver ripped the tire off while unloading it. When I called America's choice next day to pay for the tire, they said it's the driver's responsibility and he will pay. (Well, I contracted America's choice for the car, and it's their responsibility to pay for any damage). They asked me to fax an estimate of the tire price. I got my tire fixed on my own, and faxed the receipt to them. After several follow-ups, I was very conveniently asked by Brooke to contact the driver and speak to him directly as she could not help me any further. When I told them it's not my job to now start following up with the driver, they said they can't help me, and if I like, I can go ahead a dispute the $150 charged to my credit card. I spent all this time with a curt Brooke only to hear that I will not be reimbursed by them. I sensed that they won't reimburse me and are not equipped to do so. If they were able to get me reimbursed from the driver or their own insurance, they would not ask me to go ahead and dispute the charge with the CC company. I paid $171 for the tire from my pocket, and could only dispute $150 on the card - still under $21. They are not what they appear to be from their website. BEWARE!
