Shipping order placed with this company on Dec 6th -#44849. As of Jan. 05 still no commitment to pickup vehicle - I have finally had enough. Poor communication only added to my frustration with this company.

After 1 month of waiting, the seller of this vehicle is understandably aggravated.

Be very cautious of this company's ability to fulfill is obligations in a timely manner. If time is of the essence, I would recommend you choose another carrier!

Dear James, Again we do apologize that we were not able to get your vehicle hauled. We have learned that shipping a vehicle to Port Angeles, WA takes a lot of extra money to pay the carriers. Apparently most carriers are not willing to travel that far out of route. I guess this explains why the other 2 companies you have hired have not moved your vehicle in over 20 days. Hopefully they will be able to help you soon. As for the communication issues, we were aware that you reside in Canada and you were provided with our direct telephone number to contact us between the hours of 9-7 EST, which the file shows that you had called and spoke to a representative 5 times. In addition to that, I had personally responded to 8 e-mails of yours (2 e-mails per week) this was every e-mail I received, so I am sorry if that to you was poor communication, I am not sure how you would describe “good communication”. If you review our other reviews you’ll discover that our ability to fulfill obligations is actually greater then our ability not to. Good luck with your move. We hope that you’ll be able to find someone who is can fulfill their obligations in a timely manner! America’s Choice Auto Movers
