Courtesy was consistently good but I had trouble getting feedback on when the car would be picked up. The day before I was to catch my flight, I made numerous calls about pick-up since I would be gone and friends were meeting the pick-up agent. Without the calls, I don't believe I would have had arrangements made before I had to leave. The driver for pick-up was late, but he called to let us know. Came to my friend's house at about 9:30 at night, and said he got caught in a snowstorm.

Car had a rub mark upon arrival and was very dirty. Driver was courteous but spoke almost no English so that he could not address any of th questions I had. Brokering company did make follow up call, but referred me to driver's company for rub marks.

Over-all, very good price, but consumer needs to manage process.

MK, When you placed your auto transport order, we informed you that there was an average window for pick up of 1-7 days. You made your vehicle available for pick up on 4/15 and it was picked up on 4/20 (5 days later). We were on time for pick up; we just could not give you an exact pick up date until the truck was assigned. We also apologize for the rub mark, but we did refer you to the actual dispatcher (who speaks great English) to get this taken care of. We can only assist in filing claims if you note the damages on delivery. America’s Choice Auto Movers
