I created my order in April 2008 for a move in June 2008. I was informed of the 10 day window which I gladly gave. I called company a week before scheduled day to make sure all was well. Was told everything was fine all through the 10 day window..on 11th day was informed they were backed up for weeks and couldn't even ESTIMATE when my car may be picked up. We were moving cross country, my husband had to forfeit his airline ticket and drive last minute and alone. Stay away from them!!! they are very nice and friendly but that doesn't get my car moved!!!!
