Okay, this company keeps removing my review. They never showed to pickup my car when I was told by Margaret in customer service. Long story short. Called on 1 June 2012 to schedule pickup on the 4th. I got a call on the 1st stating that someone was on their way to pickup my vehicle. I told them that it was not ready, hence the request for pickup on the 4th. I tried to call numerous times to clear up the matter....no response. Left messages and sent email...no response. Finally on the morning of the 4th, Margaret answered the phone stating that she would look into the matter and she would call me back in 30 minutes...she did not. I called back and she stated that they would arrive between 11:30 and noon for pickup...no one showed up. I called numerous time once again and left messages...still not response. I'm military and reporting to a new duty location, so after no response I had to drive my vehicle. I finally got a call from Thomas at 4:49PM stating that they were still trying to schedule my pickup. I told him to that I had to leave since I was due to report. I would NOT recommend military personnel use that company especially if you are on a tight timeline.
