I contacted Adam on 6/21 and set up to have a vehicle picked up in Indiana and taken to California. I was very clear that the vehicle would need to be in CA by July 7th. Adam assured that this wasn't a problem but I would need to pay $100 expedited fee. I agreed to pay to get the car there. It took until July 6th for the car to be booked with a trucking company. So needless to say the car didn't make it to CA until July 11th. I requested a refund of the $100 and was told "corporate" denied the request. I had to rent a car whil in CA since my car wasn't there and requested a discount for this, again denied. Overall they didn't give what they promise. Just told me what I wanted to here to get my money.
