Jim and his crew where terrific!
Very easy to work with, personable and personal service, no surprises.
The only issue was that a friend said I could put a vacuum cleaner in the drivers seat of one car and our microwave oven in the drivers seat of the other. The cars were both packed to the gills! But the driver was unable to put these two items back into the vehicles once it was on the truck. I was very disappointed, but I knew in my heart it was a bad idea. So I wasn't surprised, nor do I blame the Jim and his team.
I was a little dismayed to see that the inside of the drivers door, dash, steering wheel were dirty when we got the vehicles in Florida. But to me IT WAS FAR MORE IMPORTANT that our "things" and our cars arrived in tact, as promised, and there were no surprises as to price, NO DAMAGE TO CARS AND ALL ITEMS WHERE WE LEFT THEM.
In fact, I called several vendors and Jim not only quoted the best price, but also was the only one who promised delivery in 5 business days. Some wanted $1400 per car and a 2 week delivery!
INTEGRITY, highly recommend!
