I needed my car transported back from Florida to Massachusetts at the end of March. However, I was going to be away until April 2. After talking with Jim he came up with the idea of leaving my car at his terminal in Worcester, Mass. For a couple of days at no charge. Jim was always available to answer my questions and he help me out greatly with having a terminal in Worcester, Mass. As a snowbird person it is tough finding a good company. His service was great and he was very honest about the shipping process.
