The process of finding a shipping co. that we could trust was a scarey task to say the least.After calling several places and being pressured to chose them, we called Brenden at American. He never once pressured us to make a choice, he just told me the facts, answered all my questions and let me decide. He was honest to say that his bid was not the cheapest but it was not the most expensive either. He told us how he finds a trucker and all that was involved in that. He stayed in contact all the time, even one day when he was sick. He was friendly and understood my nervousness and treated me like a friend, letting me know i could contact him as many times as I needed thru the shipping process (which I did!) And when my car arrived on time and where we had pre-arranged I was thrilled to see it! The trucker was delightful and he swiftly unloaded my car. He joked with me about having to take my car thru a carwash right away and loved my car. Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. Thank you Brenden and Santiago (the driver).
