So I hadn't ever shipped a car before, and got caught in the "lowest bidder" trap. From reading other reviews of this company that is what they do. Bid low to suck you in, then make you wait until someone is desparate enough to take your car. About 2 weeks into it, the company told me maybe I should put up more of my own money to make it more attractive to drivers!!!!
Customer service was excellent, very polite, but that doesn't get me my car any faster. I ended up cancelling and going with 360 transport, they picked it up in a matter of days, not weeks.
