Great Promises over the website that was never delivered. On their website they guaranteed that your vehicle will be picked up within 1-10 days. I waited 10 days and they still have not find a driver willing to carry my car for the quote they have given me. When I called back in the 10 days mark to see when my vehicle will be picked up, their best response was "we are still looking for carrier and we'll give you a call when we find one." I am in the military and my moving dates are set in advance. Due to lack of their diligentness, I have to find a carrier on my own and now have to pay extra $600 to expedite my shipping. By the way the deposit I put down at the time of the contract, I won't even see it back in my bank for another two weeks. Bottom line is don't deal with them. Too much hype and bad business practices.
