POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

TOLD ME 850- , GAVE DEP IN JAN. FOR FEB PICKUP. THEY ORIGINALLY HAD THE WRONG AVAIL DATE. THEN THE 10 DAYS CAME AND WENT . NO PICKUP AT ALL. KIM KEPT TELLING ME THAT I SHOULD PONY UP SOME MORE MONEY AND MAYBE MY TRUCK WILL BE TRANSPORTED. I SAID WHY SHOULD I DO THAT ALREADY GOT A QUOTE AND YOU SHOULD BE THE ONE TRYING TO GREASE SOMEONES PALM. THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO. ANYWHO,THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 2 - 3 WEEKS TO GET MY DEP BACK. I ASKED FOR THE OWNER (WHO IS NEVER THERE) HOWEVER WHEN I MENTIONED THE BBB, VOILA!! HE GOT ON THE PHONE. ANYWAY. HE IS A REALLY NICE GUY AND DID NOT HESITATE TO SEND MY DEP BACK IMMEDIATELY THROUGH PAYPAL. I HAVE TO SAY HE WAS GOOD ABOUT THAT BUT THEM TELLING ME I NEEDED MORE MONEY TO MOVE IT IS RIDICULOUS.!! ANYWAY, I ENDED UP GETTING SOMEONE WHO HAD NO PROBLEM COMING TO GET THE TRUCK, NO DEP REQUIRED!!

As Ms. Christine Piaciteli has stated above her deposit was refunded immediately. It would appear that Ms. Christine Piaciteli had not read the terms and conditions that she had consented to. Article (11) clearly addresses the (10) day window for pick up and our refund policy. It was explained to Ms. Christine Piaciteli that she was under no obligation to add any monies to her initial quoted price, but was given that option in order to possible mover her vehicle sooner. We welcome any references to the Better Business Burea as our accredited rating out shines most. Ms. Christine Piactiteli also failed to report the amount she paid to others for shipping her vehicle.
