NEVER for a second think about choosing them

Ok, I read the reviews here but when I went to their website it said that they were bonded and insured so I felt better. So I chose them and for 925 dollars my explorer was supposed to be sent from Atlanta, GA to Vancouver, WA. They have a 10 day timeframe they say the vehicle will be picked up. I gave them two weeks advance notice that anytime after December 3rd would be fine. I had to leave town after the 15th so when I didn't get a call I decided to put my vehicle in storage. I thought, sure maybe the truckers didn't want to pickup the vehicle because of the holidays. But then Christmas passed and still no reply. I thought that maybe it was because nobody drives out to Washington so I had them change the dropoff to San Jose, CA. Still nothing done! I then called the parking garage manager where I stored my vehicle and he said that some vandals broke my window and took my belongings in my vehicle. So finally I decided to look for other brokers, and I even chose the San Jose, CA destination because it was a shorter drive and more trucks go there. I got tons of offers and many below the 925 they wanted at American Pride. So I cancelled and someone else picked up my vehicle in less than a week. American Pride said they would refund my 150 dollar deposit but it's been over a week and nothing. They deserve to go to hell, seriously!
