When I contacted American Ride Auto Pride the customer service woman told me they would be in contact within 3 days, after 3 weeks I called and they said they were still looking for transport. The woman told me we would get a discount of $75.00. The carrier finally called me after4 weeks to tell me he was picking up the next day. He arrived late. No contact made until carrier was an hour away. No discount note and full price had to be paid. I will not use this company again and will not recommend to anyone. Sent letter of dissatisfaction and recieved NO RESPONSE.
